Full Re-Roof
A proper job, start to finish
Ridgeline stripped and re-roofed our 1930s house in Gidea Park in natural slate to match the conservation area. The scaffold went up on the Monday and they were tidy every single day. The finished roof looks exactly as it should and the leadwork around the chimney is beautiful. Worth every penny.
Flat Roof — GRP
No more leaks
Our kitchen extension flat roof had leaked for years and three other firms just patched it. Ridgeline took the lot off, sorted the falls properly and laid a fibreglass roof. Bone dry through all the spring rain. Should have called them first.
Emergency Repair
Out within the hour in a storm
Lost three ridge tiles in that big March storm with rain pouring into the loft. Rang Ridgeline and they were here within the hour, made it safe and sheeted it over the same evening. Came back the next week and fixed it all properly. Genuine lifesavers.
Fascias, Soffits & Guttering
Transformed the look of the house
Had all the fascias, soffits and guttering replaced in anthracite grey. The difference is incredible — the house looks ten years younger. The lads were polite, on time and cleaned up perfectly. Highly recommend to anyone in Upminster.
Full Re-Roof
Honest and fair
Two other roofers told me I needed a full re-roof. Ridgeline came out, went up and showed me photos, and said half of it was fine and just needed repairs and new flashings. Saved me thousands. That honesty is why I will only use them now.
Chimney & Leadwork
Sorted a leak nobody else could find
Had a leak for over a year and two firms couldn’t trace it. Ridgeline found it in twenty minutes — perished lead around the chimney — re-did all the leadwork and re-pointed the stack. Not a drop since. Clearly know their trade.
Natural Slate Re-Roof
Craftsmanship you rarely see now
A Welsh slate roof on a period house in Hutton is a big undertaking and Ridgeline did it superbly. The detailing, the valleys, the lead — all first class. Project managed brilliantly and the guarantee gave us real peace of mind. Faultless.
Flat Roof — EPDM
Quality work, fair price
Garage and porch flat roofs both done in rubber. Quote was clear with no hidden extras, work was quick and the finish is spot on with neat trims all round. Really pleased and the price was very fair for the quality.
Roof Repairs
Reliable and tidy
Several slipped tiles and a leaking valley fixed before Christmas. Turned up when they said, did a proper job, sent me photos of everything and left the garden spotless. Exactly what you want from a roofer.
Guttering
Great work, slight wait
Full seamless aluminium guttering all round and it’s excellent — not a single leak and looks smart. Only reason for four stars is I waited a couple of weeks for a start date, but they were upfront about it and the job itself was first class.
