Overview
The roofline — your fascias, soffits and bargeboards — is the timber that carries the gutter and closes off the roof. Once it starts to rot, gutters sag, birds and squirrels get into the loft, and the damage spreads into the rafter feet. We replace it all in maintenance-free UPVC that never needs painting.
Crucially, we build ventilation in as we go. Modern, well-sealed roofs need air moving through them to prevent condensation, so every roofline we fit includes the correct soffit and over-fascia ventilation to keep your loft dry and your timbers sound.
Never Needs Painting
UPVC roofline wipes clean and holds its colour for decades.
